  Catherine in Appliances is awsum. Our frig went out, we checked around for a repair and it wasn't happening so we needed a frig asap so we looked at the various shops. Went back to Lowes last night where we got our other appliances during the remodel last year and Catherine was great, from looking for in-stock friges we liked at different stores, explanations, delivery dates, and working the next morning with Amanda to coordinate an earlier delivery in one day vs. the standard delivery in 5 days. We just got the call from Catherine that the frig will be delivered tomorrow, right when we need it most as out of state family is arriving. Just in the nick of time. Sometimes its not just about getting the best price, customer service goes a long way in keeping us as repeat customers. Thanks Catherine and Amanda.
